At Amy’s, your benefits are designed to support your health, your family, and your future. This page is your starting point. Everything you need to enroll, explore your options, and get connected is right here.

Step 1: Know Your Eligibility

Regular employees scheduled to work 24 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits.

Your benefit start dates vary by plan:

  • Date of hire: 401(k) plan, Modern Health mental wellness benefit, financial coaching, travel assistance, pet insurance
  • 1st of the month following (or coinciding with) 45 days of employment: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, employer-paid Life/AD&D and voluntary benefits
  • 1st of the month following 6 months of employment: Amy’s Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability
  • 12 months from your date of hire: 401(k) employer match, scholarship program

Once you enroll, your elections remain in place through December 31 unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE).

Step 3: Enroll!

You’re welcome to enroll during the first month of your hire, so your medical and dental ID cards arrive before your benefits start. Just remember, you must enroll or decline coverage within 30 days of your eligibility date. (Eligibility date: 1st of the month following or coinciding with) 45 days of employment.
