To ensure that all Amy’s team members are able to do this, Amy’s provides regular, full- and part-time employees with paid Vacation Time and paid Sick Time. Amy’s partners with TRISTAR, our Leave of Absence Administrator, to manage leave requests and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. If you need to take a leave, you must contact TRISTAR and follow Amy’s internal reporting procedures. Failure to do so may result in a delay or denial of your leave. Please see Amy’s Employee Handbook for details (Amy’s SharePoint Home Page > Departments > People).
Contact TRISTAR at least 30 days* before your leave and they will respond within two business days.
You must also inform your supervisor and HR team and follow normal leave reporting procedures.
Complete and return any forms or information requested by TRISTAR as soon as possible.
*30-day notification requirement waived in the case of an emergency leave event.
